Week 5 and 6
Time to get back on track. in week my weigh in was 220.6 so a weight loss of .4 lbs. Week 6 was not good. Going in for a lottery ticket and coming out with a bacon cheese burger combo. Who though to put white spots in gas stations... That was followed by running out of yoghurt and having Egg Mcmuffins... To finish this week off was a church weekend with a snack table... Final total was a weigh in of 224.6 or 4 lb gain. Enought of the negative, back on track this week so same goals as always.
1. 2 pound weight loss
2. Slimstyle shake a day
3. Yogurt and granola for breakfast.
4. Count points.
5. More exercise

2. Yep. Still definitely a help. I keep expecting it not to be effective and 4 weeks in and I still don't have hunger pangs

5. Continuing my walks. Ready to add a loop once a little more snow is gone.
Same goal for next week although 6 days in I am aiming for staying even.
