Week 3
Birth of third child! Need I say more? Too many fast food joints. On the other hand I set myself some goals last week:
1. 2 pound weight loss
2. Slimstyle shake a day
3. Yogurt and granola for breakfast.
4. Count points.
5. More exercise
1. Nope, Stayed basically even .1 gain.
2. Yes and I credit that for being able to stay even give what else I ate.
3. Yes
4. Nope although I did add up the Swiss Chalet meal I had Friday (29 points)
5. Yes. Walked every day 2-3 km and got my speed up to 4 mph
So 3 out of 5 goal met. Going to set the same goals for myself this week.
Weight 224.6 up .1lbs
